Andrei Kublan is just an exceptional attorney! With tact, grace, and intellectual rigor, he understands the law, the courts, and human nature. He is extremely good at grasping the inner concept of the case and presenting it to the judge. I am so grateful I met him! When I first came to Andrei, I was already divorced for 2.5 years. My ex-husband and I had joint legal and physical custody. However, the co-parenting was a nightmare since my ex-husband was extremely difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, my previous attorney did not know how to handle this situation, similarly to many other attorneys who I had consulted with and who are well known in this area and charge much more per hour than Andrei (I had interviewed at least six of them before I chose Andrei). They all told me that I will have to continue to deal with him on 50/50 basis, as it was highly unlikely that the judge would change the current custodial schedule. Despite this prediction, Andrei not only won primary physical custody for me, he also made my ex-husband pay for all of my attorney’s fees related to this case.
