From purchase to payment to pickup it's a easy and seamless experience. You can get some amazing deals ... A pottery barn table and chairs for $45? YES PLEASE! The people at the warehouse are awesome. At the other location / home pickups, it really depends on who is there that day. 98% of the employees are amazing and very very helpful and kind -- there are a rare few that customer service isn't their thing -- I addressed it with the company, and their response was timely and amazing! It's a great business, and I've happily given them far too much money!

Bryan McDaniel has set up a great website of value for me to list and run Estate Sales online and for anyone. He has assisted in every way possible for me to get the best value on items. He has spent a lot of time teaching me how to list jewelry, porcelain, and vintage glass. Without his help I would sell the items for far less. His help in organizing the sale has been invaluable.

From first phone call to final sale, EZ Downsizing did a fantastic job. I buy at lots of different venues, especially estate sales. Ez Downsizing is one of my very favorite Estate Sale Companies. Quality and variety are amazing. Bidding is easy to use and once your payment mechanism is established it’s a breeze to bid. I like that the system lets you know when you’ve been outbid. It also reminds you when the auction is closing. Brian the owner is amazing and his staff is very helpful. This is by far, one of the best organized estate sale companies. So many of them do not have your purchased items sorted and ready for you when you come to pick them up. Carmen is always there ready to help and is so friendly and knowledge. Our EZ Downsizing selling experience was so good, we became buyers and now work for them! I can't think of a greater testimonial of a company's quality than that. The selling experience went smoothly, and was expedient. We tried selling these items online ourselves with a great deal of effort and little return. EZ Downsizing organized everything into over 900 lots and had it at auction within a couple weeks. Granted some things did not sell for what we felt they were worth, but other items brought more than we could have imagined; that's the nature of auctions, I guess. Many of the things we were just happy that people could use and enjoy, and were willing to pay us to take it away! The most important thing to us was clearing out the house to get it ready to sell, but raising money was also important. EZ Downsizing did both for us. The EZ Downsizing people were great to work with, and as clients we were pleased with their results.
