Very happy with Walter and Walter. They basically have the same roadside assistance as AAA included with their Erie policies. I had a very expensive tow bill and they reimbursed me no questions asked! Prices are very good too! When I moved to New Market in 2018 I called and spoke with Sharon and she found me the best insurance to match what I had in Alabama. About a year later I had to get rental insurance and she took care of that also. In 2019 I canceled the renters insurance because I moved back to my mom’s. In December of 2021 Sharon called to let me know she found a cheaper car insurance with better benefits AND I could also get renters insurance and both would be about the same as what I was paying now but with more benefits included. So I said great because I had moved again and forgot to get my rental insurance. I mean what agent just calls and says “hey I found better and cheaper car insurance for you”. Sharon is great and I have had no problems working with her. Anytime I need to talk to her she’s always helpful and very pleasant. If she’s not in than the person answering the phone is very willing to help also.

I would definitely recommend this insurance company and Sharon to anybody.
