Attorney Tom Loper, Loper Law LLC in Mobile, Alabama has GHOSTED me after I paid $650.

I am a 63-year-old woman who was terminated from a major corporation based on an age- and a work-related injury, 2 weeks before my scheduled surgery.

On September 12, 2022, after paying $250 Consultation Fee, Attorney Tom Loper, Loper Law LLC in Mobile, Alabama was hired to renegotiate my severance package and to help file a claim with the EEOC. On September 20, only after paying another $400, Mr. Loper started the response for a new severance package as I was on the phone supplying the figures needed. He had not looked at any of the information left with him on Sept. 12. I have no proof that the letter was actually sent.

He won’t return my calls or my emails. On November 1 I went to his office to pick up the files I left and his paralegal would not even let me in the building. I had to wait outside on the sidewalk.

After this failure on his part, I cannot afford to hire a new attorney to help me. I am 63 and left with no severance, no insurance and an injury that leaves me in pain and unemployable.
