I agree with all the comments, the customer service is terrible, Dr Rao does a great job. Unfortunately have to change his staff including some of the nurses inside, I notice this nurse calling people and seem to have anxiety. Not good for all the seniors that attend this place. Who don't know how to speak up for them self. I recommend the DHS Los Angeles to visit and rate this place, for the sake of our seniors

2 hrs waiting appointment was at 9:30 seen @11:45 I got there Dr 30min its ALL all those POOR people waiting in the office

They never return calls, always make you wait for ever and cancel appointments at the last minute after you've been waiting for over an hours
