We love Lawyers Title! In the past 5 years we have closed 4 real estate transactions here and we are getting ready to close our 5th. Spencer and Jack always take good care of us, they have an excellent and reliable team. Jack always responds to my emails within minutes. Spencer is very personable. Our real estate agent, Ben Woodard is also amazing. I feel its always best to use a local Title company because they are right next to the courthouse, they can quickly do the Title research, and get the Deeds recorded quickly.

I had my closing with this company over the Summer. Spencer informed us that my wife would not be on the deed at the time of closing. She reassured me that after the closing she would prepare a deed of gift for us for a small fee. After the closing we contacted her by e-mail on four occasions and once by phone. She never responded to any e-mails or returned my call. She did not keep her word. I now have to find another titling agency to prepare the deed of gift.
