When the Chinese Embassy got anxious about our dual nationality, Mike gave us guidance on the correct supporting documentation to send to him at ABC. Due to the delay in processing our visas, the company sent our passports back by overnight courier, at their expense. These folks are more than a pickup and drop off service. I must say that my experience with this company exceeded all my expectations!!! Their team worked a miracle for us. Last minute work assignment, just realized that my passport expired a month ago, I had to apply to renew it and apply for a visa to india but I only had 5 days to get to India. Total panic!!!! ... Good old fashion customer service. These guys really take care of their customers even if it’s 3000 miles away. I’ve used them at least three times now and they help explain the process and stay in close contact till your documents are on their way back to you. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Despite the horrid bureaucracy of the State Department that led to unanticipated delays with little information provided as to why, ABC customer service provided me with constant updates via text and calling.
