David R. Daugherty at The Daugherty Law Firm is absolutely incredible! He handled my stepdad’s case, which was a serious DUI, and managed to get the charges reduced to reckless driving. Thanks to his expertise, my stepdad only had to pay a small fine and complete an ASAP course. David was professional, thorough, and kept us informed every step of the way. I was represented by Kate Daugherty in an extensively long court hearing process regarding custody and child support. Kate was able to manage my case effectively and professionally and she is sharp in court every time she needed to represent me. Kate had my back 110% and she came in with facts not assumptions. She will not promise you xyz because it sounds good. She gives you the truth of how things look like they will go but with no guarantees, which I completely respected. She shared information with my spouses attorney that obviously was shared with him. No client attorney privilege here. Kate is not trustworthy and if she doesn’t like other attractive females should probably avoid taking their cases. As u can see, I’m not the only women who left this sort of review. Stay away from this firm. I think she’s the reason why so many bad reviews now.

I have been a client of the Daugherty Law Firm for years. Specifically David Daugherty. He’s beyond fair, honest and always accommodating.Whether it was a simple traffic ticket or more, he has been nothing but accommodating, realistic, respectful and on top of everything.
