Trying to get a reply from this office is like pulling teeth. I can't explain how many times I've had to be the one to follow up, despite being told they'd call me, they'd send me things, etc. I've voiced my disappointment at the response time and I was ignored completely. I have sent emails and not received replies after 10 days, which is more than adequate. They told me they would send tracking info, but never did. They did not respond to us sending our documents, and they didn't tell us that certain people would be out of the office, so I give a call only to be told someone is out on leave and someone else will be taking over. In all, I started the process of a family will in about May, and it's October and I'm still not totally finished (and had to email again today to ask for followup).

You must keep ON TOP of this office, or they will never complete your tasks. A package with my documents was addressed to my middle name and last name, and there was a typo on one page. It's the lack of attention to customer service and detail that would prevent me from recommending them to anyone.

We had last minute issues with another party we had to deal with for this transaction and she was extremely patient, waiting after her office hours trying to impose no pressure. She turned it into a positive experience. The whole office staff is welcoming and fosters local business relationships which is important, and needed, for our neighborhood.

Tried to schedule a consultation with them on a deed and real estate concern.
Waited weeks to hear back.
Then finally they sent me a generic email saying they would be unable to assist.
And that their email replies are not monitored.
Was a huge waste of time, even trying to schedule with them, and it seems a bit unprofessional to not even have some staff person speak to a prospective client. Instead brushing me off with an automatic looking email.
I must say, that I cannot recommend that experience to anyone, and think that you can find high school students with greater business acumen.
