Lynne and her assistant Susan were extremely helpful to me as I tried to navigate my way through the Virginia/Fairfax County probate system after a death in the family. She took all of the confusion and worry out of what was a fairly complex situation and ensured that I was able to perform my duties as the executor of the estate without any issues. I really appreciated her guidance and assistance in what was a very difficult time. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with any estate/legal issues.

A fantastic experience during a very stressful period of loss of both my husband and his father within a year. I got Lynne's name from f-i-l when my husband passed and she was wonderful about helping me through the process of setting up my own trust and adapting my f-i-l's trust to the new circumstances to the point of coming to the nursing home with a witness to have documents signed.

I have kept an ongoing relationship with both Lynne and Susan.
They have been kind enough to let me use their office as a staging area to collect books, calendars, and like materials for my duties with the American Legion Auxiliary. Between Lynne and other of her clients I have been able to keep this going for the past 4 or 5 years.

I cannot say enough positive things about how they have fulfill responsibilities to me as a client and their willingness to avail themselves to my little projects. I am always singing their praises to other who have expressed interest in setting up trusts or such for themselves and their families. I believe some have become clients of hers and feel the same way I do about the services they receive.

ZERO STARS. Caveat Emptor! Funny how the bad reviews just seem to disappear for Ms. Clarke. To warn others, I wrote a review for this estate attorney 10 years ago regarding her unprofessionalism and downright underhandedness when she dealt with my mother's estate. There were two other similar negative reviews besides mine and suddenly she only has two 5 star reviews? Caveat Emptor!(Maybe she's changed her ways in 10 years, who knows? But I sincerely doubt it.)
