From the first I called about our ticket everyone at the firm was helpful and reassuring. Paul explained what they do and the process involved. They reassured us that they handle all of the details and we did not have to return to VA for the hearing. The results were outstanding. They were able to reduce our ticket charges to "Improper Driving" payable by fine.
I can't tell you how professional & kind everyone I spoke to was. Paul was available throughout the process to keep us upated. We paid our ticket & the firm and it was finished. I would recommend them to anyone caught in a speeding ticket in VA. They are knowledgeable, professional, and accessible. And they are great people.

I am a Texas resident and was visiting West Virginia and was traveling through Virginia when I was stopped and charged with Reckless Driving by speed. With me living in Texas, it was going to be very difficult to appear in court in Virginia. I contacted the Charles V. Hardenbergh, PC firm about representing me in court. Everyone at this firm treated me with genuine respect and total professionalism. Their communication was tremendous by phone calls and emails. When my court date came, they were there to represent me, got my charge reduced to a non moving violation and got my fine reduced to a small amount and court costs.
