I had considered opening a trust for some time and did a good bit of research but I still had many questions and concerns. I chose Johnson, Gasink & Baxter and was served by Attorney Michael Hendricks. Michael was very thorough, walking me through the process of establishing a trust and explaining the benefits. After preparing the trust, he clearly explained what was contained in the trust, provided instructions on next steps, and quickly responded to subsequent follow-up questions. I was long overdue for updating my will and estate plans, a task I kept putting off after the death of my husband four years ago and the attendant grief that comes with such a difficult job as this. Resolving to get it done before the close of 2024, I followed the advice of others and found my way to Daniel Gasink, and thank God I did. Dan made the entire process of setting up a trust an actual pleasure to do. He was kind and compassionate, a good listener, not at all intimidating (as lawyers can be) and has a terrific sense of humor. We laughed. I wept a bit. But he and his entire team took great care of me. I put my head on the pillow at night knowing my legacy and that of my late husband's are buttoned up and will serve well the charitable organizations that are near and dear to my heart. After the passing of my husband this past May, I was scared and didn't know what to do. Not to mention, being a widow, I was afraid to trust anyone. I needed some legal advice/help. My first meeting with Jeremy and James Cooke (another lawyer on his team) took all my fears away. He assured me that him and his team would take care of everything and for me not to worry.
