Called for advice on my parents will. Was promptly informed that the first available appointment was March 10th and that it was $225 for 30 minutes or $450 for an hour 30 minutes being the bare minimum they would accept and then I was hung up on.
Really professional I would not recommend this to anyone when the receptionist can't even speak to you for free on the day of my father's funeral. nasty attitude 😒 if they had represented me and I had to have chosen them they sure would have made a lot of money because my family's well off and whomever represents me was going to make a decent amount but there's no way I would ever go back there after that.

Mr. Hensley was extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend the services he provides. Mr. Hensley was always prompt and quick to respond when I needed answers and help. He fought for my case and I am grateful for the outcome. I was 100% satisfied. I am hopeful I will not be needing his law office again, but if I do, I will be a returning client.

Mr. Ingles was very unprofessional in Civil litigation Court. Because of his unethical performance he's been reported to the Virginia State Bar. There is a fine line between being aggressive and fighting for your client and being unprofessional. For an attorney with such experience I would have expected better.

Breck Ingles with his years of experience and knowledge is hands down the best. He is upfront and gives reasonable outcomes with the situation at hand. My review is on behalf of Linwood Carter. I think everyone who had anything to do with this case should be ashamed of him or herself. All the lawyers including you Mr. Hensley knew this man was not going to get a fair trial but took the money for his case. 20 years and something suspended is just ridiculous for this case and all of you know that. No justice no peace in that county for an African American man. And every case over there needs to be investigated. There's no way this is the first time this Commonwealth attorney has did this. This case definitely needs to be investigated and you know it. You should be ashamed of yourself. You knew when you took that man's son money it was no fairness or justice for this man. Shame on you for knowing things that take place in that courtroom. And knowing you not working an standing up to your oath of being a lawyer. Shame on you for sitting there watching people lose years of their life because of their color. You will not rest from this case. How many black men been done in Gloucester under your hand and that Commonwealth attorney Roeberg. How many Mr. Hensley? You are right Mr. Hensley I didnt meet with you because you came in at the tail end of Mr. Carters case. His case will speak for itself. It will be heard again. And hopefully people will see and hear it also.

Mr. Hensley handled my divorce and custody case. He is very professional, knowledgeable, fair, and has a strong sense of integrity. He worked well with Judge Lewis, guardian ad litum, and the opposing counsel.
