I have been getting awesome service from the Gloucester Office for a number of years. Mrs Janie Anderson has always been my "Go to person" and I have always been 100 percent satisfied with Janie. I am now dealing with Ann in Kilmarnock and I am also 100 percent satisfied.
I Love these two Ladies to death and truly appreciate them helping me with hearing aids !!!!

This was my first visit to "Audiology Office" in Kilmarnock Virginia. I was met by Kevin McCurdy who explained the upcoming test and what to expect. After testing, we sat down and he explained in detail my hearing test and what were my options. All my questions were answered. I feel comfortable having them as part of my medical team. Each visit, Kim has given me the best of attention and technical help. with her attention, my hearing aids have been kept in excellent condition to last as long as possible and my resultant hearing has placed me equal to the non-hearing impaired.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Audiology offices in Kilmarnock. I have realized for several years my hearing is not what it should be, and Kim did a thorough exam, and yes, I am in need of hearing aids! She made the experience so pleasant that I would encourage everyone to get a hearing check at least once a year. You will be pleased with the Audiology offices.

I was initially seen in the (old) Kilmarnock office and where I was assessed by Ann. She listened to my concerns, needs and budget and was able to set me up with aids that I, ultimately, didn't like. That was absolutely no problem for her and she set me up with the aids that I am currently using. I've had them since this past January and love being able to hear better and have my awful tinnitus reduced. Ann has been able to work out some issues I was having, much to my delight! I couldn't recommend this business any higher! They are all lovely, professional and helpful!
