The owner Rob, quickly identified the cause of the issues my computer was having. He replaced the needed parts and had it working in a couple days. Fast turn around time and his prices were really reasonable. He even carried the unit out to my car when I picked up. Excellent customer service!!

My motherboard failed on the old computer that I had for the last 12+ years. I was in a bit of a pickle at the time it failed as I had some responsibilities with an association whose annual dues had to be processed. Dell was able to get a replacement computer to me in a day and once it arrived I took it over to NNK Computer Consultants late in the afternoon. They began working on installing MS Office and transferring my hard drive information right away. I got a call the next morning saying that it was ready to go. They also gave me a walk-through on Windows 11 and how to access my files in the new environment. Totally happy with Rob and Joanna. Highly recommend them!

Rob and Joanna were helpful in setting up my new laptop, which replaced a 10-year-old device. The first replacement did not have enough memory (I did study the specs on the web site but did not pick out the best possible replacement) and Rob suggested another one and told me what specs to look for. The internal hard drive on my iMac unmounted twice in a month. Rob helped me diagnose the problem remotely; failing hard drive. I dropped it off on a Thursday, and Rob replaced the hard drive and even delivered it to my home on Friday evening. Works perfectly, and you can't beat the service. Thank you Rob!

Rob Mink of Northern Neck Computer Consultants is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. When my laptop recently crashed, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix it. The office is in rural Virginia, but Rob can work remotely, and did so for my repair. I became acquainted with Rob and his family when they lived closer. Though now out of the area, I continue to think of Rob whenever a computer issue arises, because he's a pro.
