First-time interaction with RCP. I initiated a phone call to let them know I was emailing a file to have printed. I then figured I would follow up to make sure they received it a few hours later. I asked if it would possibly be completed later that afternoon. I was told that it would be finished the next morning, which wasn't a problem at all. I figured I would drop by around noon that next day to pick up the order. I was a bit nervous when the nice lady told me it hadn't been started yet. It was a Friday afternoon, and it was needed by EOB. I told her I would be back in a couple of hours. I then returned, and it was completed. One half of the order looked good, but the cards I had printed had a visible smear through the middle of about half of them. Unfortunately, I noticed this after I had returned home.
My frustration is the lack of communication and quality control. A reply email, phone call, or something informing me of status throughout the process would have made me feel more comfortable. Simple follow-up. Also, I would expect a printing company to check the quality prior to handing it over to the customer. Although I quickly skimmed over the items, shame on me for not looking at it in more detail. It is what it is.

I have been using River City Printing for several years now, and I'm always impressed with the quality of printing for the price!
I've had many documents printed and bound for research, so when I've asked for something special to be placed in the documents, the staff is more than willing to accommodate my request.
River City Printing is the place I go for the laminated signs used for the holiday scenes at the old Cord post office site. When I'm not able to get to town, I email my request, and they send me a rough copy for approval. I love the finished product.

After agreement to do the job and confirming they can do it, three days later sent an email saying
“ Hello, I am so sorry we do not have the time now to do this. So sorry as we are having to deal with very large orders at the moment. Colleen Helton”

I was trying to provide you with a detailed description/explanation so you could bring my ideas to life. Im not a graphic designer, so I don’t know how else put my ideas out there. I would have been open to suggestions, if you thought the ideas of mine would not have worked once it was put together. My Time is crucial with projects, just as yours is, so if you knew you couldn’t do the job just from my “writings” I would have liked to have been told that from the beginning. Your comment says alot about how passionate professional you guys are!

Quick, friendly service. They always have everything that I need for printing and for office products. If they don't have it, they can order it with a pretty quick turnaround time. Their prices are decent as well.
