Half of star, tell you the incorrect information, I was told to I needed new plates since my registration expired I was told they need a title which I can’t bring a title since my bank currently has it because my loan is with them. I left went to Milan license title, and LLC and less than 20 minutes I got everything, a lot cheaper too. I told the owner of Milan license what they told me he laughed and said that’s why they have one star rating on google and he isn’t wrong. All he told me what they needed was a VIN number. Hopefully your employees can improve and tell their customers the correct information.

I understand being busy since the pandemic has started as well as being overwhelmed from the DMV being closed. However, speaking poorly about clients that have called in with questions or that have walked in, stupid or not, in front of a half full lobby of new customers, is disheartening and absolutely unprofessional. I got what I needed taken care of handled but i promise I won’t be back. Customer service is your whole job, leave if you hate it that much.

Never get your title done here!!!! They have the slowest services ever. your best bet is just to go to the drivers license bureau I've always received my title with in 3 to 4 weeks not ever going on 10weeks also the dmv is 48 dollars cheaper. and the staff there are more pleasant especially the manager.. when you hang up the phone you are suppose to say goodbye not just hang up before you were done talking. wow can you said better business bureau

I have done business with Melin Agency the last time I got a car and everything was smooth but still meh. I just bought a new car from private owner and asked some questions and they were very snobby and unprofessional with answers and were in no way willing to help.
Will not be doing business again and would like to suggest to others that there are better places to go besides the dmv as well.

I would give a 5 star, but many years back, I had to wait in the renewal room for a very long time before someone came to see me. But this is the only place i will ever go for title and transfer! Very fast and easy to deal with since. Great people

2016 I dealt with this company and was very pleased with the service and reading reviews of how people were treated turned away and snobby. I hope this isnt the case cuz ive bragged about these people for years and just bought a new vehichle and need title tranfer and plates so im sticking with them and will review my experience after my business is or isnt done!

I've gone here for years. They've done the job just fine in the past. But not anymore it seems. Poor customer service, bad talking fellow employees who are out sick and more interested in the lunch bags on the counter than the customers coming in. Too bad

Awesome staff, nice facility. Melin Agencies knows what they are doing, and is an awesome alternative to dealing with the DMV. Truly a 5 star business!
