My father fell ill with cancer due to exposure of asbestos in the workforce and found information about this law firm. He started a claim through SWMW, but unfortunately the cancer took his life before he received any settlement. My sister and I reached out to the firm to let them know of his passing and we were able to get the settlement extended to next of kin. SWMW has worked timely and thoroughly to settle on behalf of my late father and we have been extremely grateful for them. My father would be ecstatic! The process has been far less complicated than I would have ever imagined. I highly recommend this firm for anyone going through the same situation.

After the passing of my Dad this law firm reaches out to me with condolences and to informed me of legal assets that my dad had. They were up front, knowledgeable, and kind. never have been to there office. But the service we have gotten has been amazing. My husband has had cancer and with this groups help, maybe will get some kinda settlement. SWMW law firm from top to bottom has been very exceptional to work with. At the onset of our case they worked with my dad and our family to get through the needed documentation before he passed. They were sensitive and very compassionate through it all. Scott was wonderful and was one of the reasons we choose this law firm. Lauren and all the staff through all the claims answered our questions and helped guide us through the entire process. Very difficult and complex but easy when you have compassionate, patient and understanding professionals. We would highly recommend this firm for your mesothelioma case needs.

Mom passed away from cancer 2018… Although no dollar amount is valued to my mom’s life, this firm was phenomenal in retrieving more than enough to cover bills left after she passed. They come down to South Carolina to meet in person. The reps were friendly and professionals this entire experience. They heard our suggestions and worked hard in the background.
