These guys did a great redaction job for me & my lads! I was afraid that some names would be revealed as part of unsealings and we'd have to cancel our next {REDACTED} from being implicated. But Magna did a terrific job with the black ink. Hell, they even redacted entire pages! I wouldn't trust any other legal firm to hide my private itineraries and witness testimonies. Great customer service too. Stars aren't enough, so here's a rating of 5/5 carribean islands!

It's a nightmare dealing with all the different departments who have zero communication with each other. Here's just one example - they sent a transcript MANY weeks late but charged us full price. I emailed them several times before they finally responded and issued a new bill with a slight discount for the lateness. 2.5 weeks later we're getting called and emailed by them saying our bill is overdue. This is one of many reasons I switched to a smaller (and less expensive) company and it's made my work life so much easier.

I needed a court reporter for hearing at a Circuit Court, I was doing it pro se. I got confirmation from Magna Legal Services that court reporter is assigned to this location and for particular time frame. I came to the court room and saw court reporter doing job for some other case. I emailed MLS asking if this person will be also doing a gob for my case. I got confirmation that the same person is going to do it for me. My hearing started, and this person just packed and was going to leave.One of my family members who was in the court room, was trying to talk to her. She said she never got a message about my case.
She just heard her messages now.
So, she left. This particular court does not record civil cases. So, I have no recording and no transcript for further process. Thanks, Magna Legal Services!!!
