Donald Phelan was my lawyer he was very knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and a big fighter for my case. My case took long not from our part, but from the other party which kept dragging everything in which the cook county judge was just not reasonable by giving the other party many chances. At the end it was very overwhelming for us but it was worth waiting for, as Donald won custody and child support case for us.

Took me 8 years to try to modify my case because every lawyer I went to for an opinion for my case were very negative which they all said I had no case. I was refer here by someone thought I would give it one last try. Sitting down with Donald for 2 hours for a free consultation was very worth it. He listened and said I do have a case to be prepare for what could be coming my way with my ex. Which I know the cook county system is horrible. I’m at peace with my son now!
