I can’t say enough “GREAT” things about Attorney Ed Farmer. First he has a personal touch that even the big firms don’t have. The first time I called him he actually picked up the phone (just before lunchtime I thought it was intake person or a secretary) I knew this was the one. I previously called a LARGE firm who I’ll leave “unnamed” I was just a number with that firm. Once Ed answered the phone personally and we talked and went over things I went with him and never looked back. His staff was AWESOME and so understanding and walked me through everything I needed to do. I was originally on pins and needles before calling Ed and his staff but it was so natural dealing with them you can’t go wrong. One stop shop he has all the resources in house and MOST important he is ACCREDITED! DO NOT deal with any attorney who is not an accredited VA attorney, don’t gamble with your claim do your homework it will pay off in the long run. Do yourself a favor call Attorney Ed Farmer who is a Veteran himself and consult with him, you can’t go wrong.

When I began my VA appeal with Mr. Ed Farmer and The Vet Law Office, Mr. Farmer was still with the Veteran Law Group. My appeal to the Board of Veterans Appeals was filed in February 2022, after a VA claim was denied in March 2020. It took a great deal of time and effort by Mr. Farmer to gather, assess, process and file all of the required information with the Veterans Administration, and needless to say, there were issues to be addresses. When Mr. Farmer left Veteran Legal Group and formed the Vet Law Office, my case remained with him. This matter was finally resolved in September 2024 with a successful outcome.

I can not say enough about the tenacity and professionalism of Mr. Farmer and his staff--past and present. He provided great service, was exceedingly patient, and put up with my consistent questions and wanting to be a part of the process and proactive. As such, I do have a note of caution. Mr. Farmer is an OUTSTANDING and CAPABLE attorney who knows what he is doing. For those who need to file any level of review or other action I highly recommend him. But please do not do what I did, and try to be so proactive in the process, as it may slow the process down at his end, and possibly cause unnecessary friction. I speak from personal experience, and apologize to Mr Farmer for my such actions. Just trust Mr. Farmer and the process, and you will most likely get the desired result.

I would highly recommend Ed Farmer and his law firm. I would not have had the successful outcome without him. My husband passed away at the age of 69 from several medical issues related to Agent Orange. He was also considered a blue water sailor because he was on a ship and not on ground in Vietnam. This case had challenges. At first I tried on my own filing my claim an appeals through the VA office where I lived with no luck. A friend had given me the number for Mr. Farmer and I contacted him. After Ed Farmer heard my case and read through all the paperwork I had to back up my claim he excepted the challenge believing I had a good case. Mr. Farmer did his research collecting vital information to submit to the VA and for 5 1/2 years he was persistent and never gave up on my claim. Even when I would get discouraged after so much time passed he would encourage me to hang in there. Ed Farmer is the attorney you want in your corner and for the long haul when dealing with the VA.
