The pizzas Joshua makes are always great! The store always has great customer service however manager of the store could use an attitude adjustment. Other than that the rest of the staff is lovely! Thanks to Cynthia for always be so sweet to my kids 💕

Hands down the best ran Casey’s I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Greeted every morning I go in before dropping my son at school. The only pizza we order now. Great place

We ordered online last night August 24th 2 pizzas. We took the deal in rhe app for 1 pizza at $15.99 & a 2nd for $7 off. We ordered re we d the brisket as 1st choice and Supreme for 2nd.
All our contact info carries over to the store, so when we arrive arrive pick up, the young lady behind the counter in not pleasant at all, when she and the person making pizza both offer no apologies nor solution or explanation why we were not contacted prior to arriving that rhe brisket was not available due to out of stock.
There is no excuse for the complete lack of professionalism or disregard for customer service.
It's pizza not some major transaction, I get that, but it's the inadequate and basic understanding of conflict resolution. Had we been notified of Brisketgate 2022, we could have chosen an alternative. Now it seem CASEY'S FAMOUS FOR PIZZA 🍕, just depends on the staffing. Your location was my go to for pizza and now this is t he 3rd issue with an order so I guess it's time to try a different brand totally.

Call Casey's Pizza at 11:40am to ask them to cook a beef pizza so I can get some spices you have to call in to order beef Pizza for the slices due to consumer mostly eat pork. I called 25 min before I would come get gas a few slices of beef Pizza on my way to work. Well I called ahead and was told sure it will be ready in 15/20 mon. Go to Casey's no beef Pizza ask the attendees & 1 says I didn't make it we have a truck and I got bust. Know I had to call another Casey's in herrin IL & ordered a small beef because I'm hungry. Why call ahead to order something & the place not fix it?

Really tired of ordering food from Cambria location and getting treated the way we do we spend a lot of money on takeout and when I go there my pizza supposed to be ready they haven't even started it and when I try to say something to them about why didn't anyone get a hold of me the woman behind the counter comes around starts mouthing. she threatened to call the cops on me and told me I could call her manage. all I asked was why hadn't the pizza even been started when it was already supposed to be picked up that I had kids at home to be fed.
