I did prenatal yoga there and afterwards not only did I feel physically great but mentally as well. Miranda the owner/instructor is such a warm and welcoming person. The yoga classes were cancelled due to COVID-19 and she ended up texted us pregnant ladies and checking up on us which I thought was so sweet. The room that we did the yoga in had the perfect amount of natural sunlight and felt really nice and calming. The class was smaller and intimate so I definitely felt recognized and valued when going there. I can’t wait to take another class, looking forward to taking a baby and me yoga class when it’s available again.

I just began going to prenatal yoga a couple weeks ago and I LOVE it. Miranda has a wonderful soothing energy and the balance between restorative and flowing poses is just right for my changing body. I also enjoy the comradery of sharing the ups and downs of pregnancy with other mamas. It's such a joy to come to this class. I can't recommend it enough!
