If I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION 0 STARS I WOULD. THE INDIAN WOMAN WAS VERY VERY RUDE TO MY CHILD AS SHE WENT THERE TO CASH HER FIRST WORK CHECK. Asked her for her id , social security number and everything like she was trying to scam them when her job is literally a few blocks away, all they had to do was call and verify! I was on the phone with her at the time happy for her only for her moment to be ruined. I even heard her tell my child get off the phone with an attitude as she called me. I decided to call up there to voice my concerns and this same cashier whom I was reporting answered the phone and put me on hold as I was talking and every time I tried to call through. Just know I will be calling again bright and EARLY Tuesday when the “manager” should be in.

1star: They are rude I asked if my item was there a lady with an accident a polish lady older lady like a grandma age answer she said the incorrect last name which was not my last name so I respelled it for her. she said it doesn’t matter if she spelled my name wrong. Really ? I think it does. And yes it does because of you tell my yes my item is there and it wasn’t for me but a different customer I go down there in person. And don’t get my item because “ it doesn’t matter if you spell a customers name wrong according to The currency employee” it’s a problem as a customer if I was to go all the way over there for my item based on an employee’s careless mistakes!! That’s terrible customer service !! Will not do business with this currency ever again!!

it is a shameful store, I will never return to be a payment or transfer to this store, they serve you reluctantly, a woman of Polish origin, I went to return some money orders that I bought in the morning and returned at night. And she asks me for an ai and I show her my driver's license and she says that she needs a social security number to be able to return my money. I got upset, I asked her to call a supervisor and she told me that there was no way that if I wanted to return I should come the next day to speak to the supervisor and she refused to give me her name to tell her supervisor who assisted me. We ask for service if someone knows if she was right to ask me those questions or if I am wrong for not giving her my social security number to return $ 370 dollars

Went to get my plate sticker, the Latin lady with the nose ring was extremely rude and disrespectful just because I asked to be polite, they were also talking about other clients who they treated the same way. You should choose better your employees and avoid hembrism behavior.

Thanks to Dasmire & krystyna’s effort i had a wonderful experience with the staff. After discussing my title issue it was all resolved after a nice and friendly discussion.
