I never see such a stupid system, they do almost nothing and have a long waiting time. My case has been open since July 3rd 2024. On September 9th they got my fingerprint and September 5th they requested for evidence, we also submitted for what they ask for and November 11th they asked for evidence again meanwhile we didn't receive any mail from them about what evidence they ask for, we could not contact them and now today is the holiday January 20th they denied my case without any reason. I think these people who work for the government they don't even know what they are working for, it's really stupid and corrupt when they have taken the money without any service and not do anything about it. Hopefully Mr. Trump will fire all of them.

Discovered this gem a couple months ago. So much better than shipping packages at the post office, UPS Store, or FedEx office. They move through customers very quickly so you aren't waiting in a line for a half hour like the other establishments I mentioned above. Also, the customer service is top notch. Highly recommend supporting this small business with all your shipping needs.

I was thoroughly impressed by the young lady at the Lock Box. There was only one person besides me there. This was my first time, and I was asking what I needed to do. I started filling out the forms, and about 5 or 6 other people came in. She multi tasked beautifully. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I applaud her and when I have packages to send again, I will go there.

Our business has had a mailbox at Chicago Lockbox for a few years. One location to drop off and collect mail/shipments as well as buy a box, envelope, etc is a great time saver. They also have a fax machine (for sending IRS documents, etc). Copy and notary services are a great bonus. I love this place.

I love this place you can guarantee that your ship items will be shipped immediately they take care of their customers. They are kind and patient. Don’t go to the other guys. Go to them and support them.
