Would not recommend. There were a number of mistakes made on my application that I had to correct with SSA directly. They failed to have me sign a key document which resulted in my application sitting needlessly for six months. I need help, not delays. Paralegals couldn’t answer simple procedural questions. I frequently failed to get reply emails or call backs. They always claimed SSA wouldn’t answer their calls so could not give me a status update. They did not leave me with confidence given all this. I brought this to the attention of several people but my concerns were not taken seriously.

I have never had anyone who has a full office of such amazingly talented people. Every time I called I got a return call within 24 hours. Always pleasant on the phone, very helpful and compassionate. 10 years ago, they helped me get my case after fighting for 4 years. Now, after speaking with Kelly and her team, they are helping my wife who has stage 4 cancer. I called a few times and the lady who answered was really rude!! I was trying to explain why I was calling and it seemed she got annoyed with me and put me on hold and then never got back to me and just hung up… the time I actually got to speak to a lawyer she was also rude because I didn’t know I was supposed to be going thru my doctors consistently until I was approved for disability… I tried to explain my previous lawyer did not tell me this while I was going thru a lawsuit but she seemed like she didn’t care and made me feel like it was my fault… 100% don’t not recommend this law firm did not feel professional at all!
