Attorney Koch is professional personable has a sense of humor. He’s clear and concise in providing information on a level that can be easily understood. His fees are reasonable and he is willing to work with you offering a payment plan. His staff is professional and attentive. Highly recommended. Please do not hire Koch and his team. They do not advocate for their clients especially if you are a landlord. He made me pay my tenant $1,000 for them to leave my properties on top of that pay him and his associates and court fees, lost rents....A disaster. This is predatory behavior preying on innocent clients. Learn from my experience.

Very bad experience, he recommended that I sign transfer of ownership "As-Is" when purchasing my house with an agreement that the seller was going to take care of the repairs that the house needed and that were required by the city and that he would put the city code on it At the time of the closing, I say that it was normal in closings, a escrow was done with a certain $$$ everything was going well but then everything turned into a nightmare.
The seller's contractor made repairs without permission and damaged some parts that were good, he was only able to recover half of the escrow, he tried to sue the contractor but he couldn't get a FOIA to get the company's information... so far I haven't finished the complaints with the city $30,000 that I spent... I do not recommend this law firm..

Charge way too much. I found a different lawyer to handle my case faster and cheaper. This lawyer doesn’t have time. Only wants money and won’t respond. Disputed charges to my bank due to fraud

Two words to describe David Koch - "Always there". He was constantly in touch, keeping me posted on next steps of my "tricky" sale. He personally visited the property few times before inspections, ensured readiness or sent me pictures of what needs to be addressed for positive inspection. Never seen an attorney so involved in the success of his client.

Looking forward to working with him on other situations.

If you are looking for helpful, and attorneys that explain in great detail your options and clarify any questions they were great. They also have Spanish speaking staff, they were all very professional, friendly, and assist with multiple legal services. I will definitely go again
