Not sure where my last review went so I’ll put this back. THIS is by far the WORST LAW FIRM on the god forsaken planet. Better call Saul would do better at representing a cow than this law firm would with a legit case.

What an amazing Law Firm and they actually care. Alexis goes above and beyond for our family business, and leaves us with no worries. Just got a call from her about renewing our LLC, which we completely forgot about due to the death of my wife's mom and the first words from Alexis was that she was sorry for our loss and was there anything she could do for us. Thought they were good until after my settlement, Got a letter from a lawyer in Manhattan IL who I’m sure is shady in the first place because when you call they answer the phone (Law Office) Really? What if I answered the phone at my work and just said Medical Group? I would definitely be fired. Well anyway, I got a letter from this guy saying I owed some medical bills, So I called the hospital billing department to check it out and the bills were from the car accident. So I called Ferracuttis office up and they basically said it was my fault cause apparently I was supposed to inform them of any bills which they did not tell me to do, I thought they were supposed to get any bills, That’s why I signed a paper to release any medical bills to them. Needless to say, I am now stuck paying a shady attorney from Manhattan so just make sure when you go to Ferracuttis, You check everything out or you may get stuck paying bills too.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your time. Lot of better firms in the area to chose from. This place is REALLY BAD.
