Do not Pay! We agreed to a six month payment plan, 6 different payments of 29.15. They charged me twice in the first month and refuse to send me an email verifying our agreed upon payment plan. I also requested they email me a copy of the recorded phone call where we agreed to this payment plan and they refused saying that's not the purpose of the recording.

Horrible customer service. He ended the conversation by confirming my address then just hung up. No good bye.. no thank you... no nothing. I called back to make sure everything was confirmed and he still didn't say goodbye or thank you. 😒 I hate it here.
