They will sell this amazing deal with amazing marketing materials. However, it will takes weeks to months to just get any meeting. Another month or so for the discovery. Then months before they can start the work. They will bill you in advance and expect you to pay but yet have zero work done to take you on as a customer. The majority of clients are friends or referrals. Those that are not tend to leave and get out of the contract as Hodgson will default on there SOW or agreement to have services ready by the go live date. Items are badly backed ordered but won’t tell the client and leave them hanging for months what’s going on. To just blame supply and demand. Only four techs are on-site to manage 50 clients of that. So completing tickets can take weeks. Don’t fall for there $15k monthly marketing tool kit subscription they pay to learn how to sell the services via scripted worked and procedures. High employee turn over! They also pay clients for their testimony. Best of luck. Run!
