I would AVOID! Called this company on Thursday and had to leave a message when no one answered. I received a call back 4 days later on Tuesday morning. This is how the call went
Me: hi, ty so much for returning my call, unfortunately this is a really bad time for me. Can I give you a call back a bit later?
Women on phone: umm..well if you do that the problem is I won’t answer.
Me: ok then, would you like to call me back
Women on phone: well I return calls in between meetings and if I call and you don’t have time to talk I don’t know how that’s going to go..but ok guess I’ll call you back.
Me: thank you for your help.
Women on phone: bye
End of call.
I assume the women on the phone was the owner, she was too important and full of herself to be bothered with me! When a potential client does have the time to talk she doesn’t answer her phone but when that same client doesn’t have the time when she calls it’s a problem Seems like a bad policy to have! Also 4 days to return a call is a bit crazy too.
The kicker is this women is supposed to help people.
So.. if you don’t AVOID and want info from this business do yourself a favor. Be prepared to leave a message as this seems to be the policy and when she calls you back 4 days later be darn sure your ready to talk as this seems to be expected!!
