They delayed submitting my application for months even though all data was provided timely. Even after the delays, the application contained mistakes, which I had to personally correct. They failed to attend scheduled meetings with government officials, which I ended up dealing with without legal representation.

Even though the service was free, it was still poor value for money because the delays and mistakes cost me more in money and distress than if I had hired and paid a professional. I wouldn't recommend using this office: 1 star + 1 because at least they were polite.
