I got got in a sticky situation, owing a lot of money. I spoke with Leroy who was extremely friendly and supportive. He helped me set up a payment plan and helped me see that this situation I’m in can be fixed, and that it’s not the end of the world. I really wish more agents were this helpful!

Eva has helped me a lot with figuring out my account, she’s very understanding and will work with you. Before Eva I was working with someone else who wasn’t helpful and had a bad attitude. If you have a claim with them I highly recommend working with her because she is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. 5 stars isn’t enough she needs 10 and a raise.

My experience with Ms Eva is very pleasant , she was helpful and patient and even suggested a solution that is helpful to me and for that I am much appreciative , i know that it's not possible but it would be great if I could always deal with Ms Eva ... In situations like these (where payments are made for something) the process can become stressful and even overwhelming... I had to get ahold of Wilber & Associates because of a negative situation I was going though, but I couldn’t have been more impressed with how smooth and easy the whole process with them went! Sarah was the person who helped me with my cause and she was super nice and professional, very patient and pleasant to talk to!
