Dave was easy to talk to and very pleasant to work with. He was very detailed - which was very important to me. He explained the process of bankruptcy in a professional manner. Both of these qualities made me feel at ease, and I decided to use his services. Filing bankruptcy was not an easy thing for me. But, thanks to his help, I was able to get through the process relatively quickly. He came highly recommended by an associate and when I met him, and after a lengthy conversation, I knew that we were in good hands (note that I visited two other lawyers before my friend recommended Dave). Bottom line, I highly recommend Dave to anyone who is in a tight financial situation, and looking for some relief. Thanks again, Dave!

Due to circumstances beyond our control, my fiancée and I were forced into bankruptcy back in 2010/11. It was a very stressful time for us. Fortunately for us we found David Stretch online and went in for a consultation. He was very friendly, definitely knowledgeable, and guided us through the process. David really made a stressful situation for us, much better. I believe his fees were fair at the time, and for the time he spent with us in his office explaining our options, and time spent with us in court, it was well worth it. 😃
Now I don’t usually leave reviews or recommendations, but because of recent events, I felt it was appropriate to do so this time. Again, 10 years ago David was great and helped us through a tough time. Now 10 years later I was in need of copies of my bankruptcy in order to refinance my house. I lost my copies, and so I called David after having no luck from the court house. David immediately sent me the papers I needed without any questions or charge. Again, he was a life saver!!
So yes, I would definitely recommend David Stretch to represent you. He is a good honest attorney. Yeah, they do exist! Lol

Dave is easy to talk to and work with. Filling bankruptcy was not easy for me. But he helped me feel at ease. He made sure I understood the process of bankruptcy and prepared me for it. Dave makes himself available even on Saturday's. I would highly recommend him to anymore!!

Dave is easy to work with and makes sure that the client fully understands what is happening at each step of the process.

Dave got us through a very rough time. He was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate.

We had checked a number of other places before deciding on Dave and we were just a number at those places. Not so with Dave he was genuinely concerned for us and our individual situation.

Not only did Dave get us through, he remained available for minor issues that came up even years after our case was discharged.
