I only gave 1 start because you had to pick one. I scheduled for my husband at 3:30pm for 2:30 the next day. At 10pm I received a text message saying he was set up with Will. He does not feel comfortable with a male therapist so I called at 10:15am (they opened at 10am) and she said she was the only other therapist and she had another client at the same time and I could not cancel without being charged. She told me I knew who my therapist was when I made the appointment and she knew the system. I looked, my husband looked and we did not see his name or I would not have made the appointment as he would not feed comfortable. She told me I would need to pay for the service because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I didn't even make the appointment until after that. I told her to keep our Groupon and that we would not be using the other one. I know there are people that you have to charge but you would rather your client be uncomfortable then make them happy. You will not have us as a client. BE AWARE....

Let me tell you, run don’t walk to get a massage here. Not only was this the BEST massage I’ve ever had, I was made very comfortable throughout the entire process start to finish. I will absolutely recommend again and again! Micha was excellent and the services offered are very cost effective!

I purchased a 90 minute therapeutic massage + add on (I chose cupping) off of Groupon. The description on the Groupon tells you exactly what you’re getting; there are no surprises! Micah did my massage and was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. You can tell she’s really passionate about what she does.
