Very upset. I set up an appointment way in advance and when I show up no one was there and everything was closed even tho online it said it was open. I never got a call to reschedule or to cancel so obviously I was going to show up. I ended up leaving after waiting for almost 40 minutes thinking they were just late. I didn’t even get a call back after they did me bogus like that. Very bad business. I left and I’m never coming back. I filed my own taxes free online and saved myself money. Pretty sure they delete bad reviews lol

I used to be a client of Angel and he was very sweet and helpful- However, now his widow "handles" the business and it's a DISASTER.
I made an appointment with Dalia 2 weeks ago and when I called to confirm at 5:30 the widow told me "oh, Dalia didn't come to work today" WHAT? Mind you I have 3 babies and I gave them an early dinner and we were heading out the door for them to tell me I'm not being seen?!

Then my husband made another appointment for today at 6:00- when he called to confirm the appointment we were told "please arrive at 5 for your appointment" I said OK -
There I was waiting with my 2 little girls - the place was stifling - no fan, no AC- we were sweating and I asked the widow - "what time is Dalia coming? Our appointment was moved to 5:00 because YOU told us to be here at 5:00 and she's not here"
"She will be here at 5:30" OK then why ask us to be here at 5:00? So at 5:40 I grabbed my little girls and walked out- and I told the widow that this is NOT how you operate a business - she said I could take my business elsewhere and I sure did! I will NEVER return to this place - they are on a different level of Incompetence and they are unpunctual IDIOTS - it's not my fault Dalia lives far away and doesn't know how to tell time - I'm So DISGUSTED with the people and the business - Stay AWAY from this place
