I only give it 1 star because 0 is not an option. I hired Frank J Olavaria 7-28-13 for a slip n fall case. My case# starts with 2016, 3 years after I hired him he decided to finally file suit. I keep calling, visiting office, emailing, but no answers as to when I will get my chump change check that I settled for because I got tired of the lawyers b.s. excuses so I figured to give up and just sign to get it over with. Well today is 8-11-17 and I am still to get an answer as to when I will get my check. I keep getting the run around just like I have been since I have been persistent on the status of my case, my check. To be honest at this point the check doesn't even matter, its like I am never going to get it so. Frank is a unethical and dishonest person. I would of represented myself better and been paid off the same year.
