Ruined what used to be a great company when you closed the local office. Can no longer get hold of anyone local for help all calls routed to another country. Ordered gas 3 days before a major winter storm wasn’t delivered for 14 days, prices higher than local competitors and your service is terrible. If you are looking for a propane company make sure to find one that has a local office that you can walk into and speak with live people. amerigas used to have that then they fired all the local office people after Covid and shut the office.

I have ordered propane two weeks ago and still have not gotten my delivery. I have called almost every day and still can’t get any help. Would you please help provide your customers better service since they are relying on you for their propane needs. Also better communication to your customers.

I ordered gas nearly two weeks ago. They never delivered it. Requested my money be refunded. They said it would be in 2 to 7 days. That was well over a week ago & it still hasn't been refunded. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau, the media, ^ a lawyer! I am not playing with these people!

Ordered gas online because automated phone service is in operable. Ordered gas 8 days ago and almost out. Paid for gas and still no delivery still no way to get a hold of them. Local office doors locked. No response from emails would like a refund to purchase gas elsewhere.

We were out of propane in 11° temps, snow on the ground, still snowing and we were to get gad as an emergency. My 82 year old mother and myself here with no means to cook or heat the mobile home except for small space heaters. We were supposed to get emergency gas, the order was put in as regular service...another night without heat.

This people rip you off,first your order new service then they lied to you and hit you with thousand of dollars on fraudalent charges do not give your credit card information they take money out of your bank account whit out your authorization first they hit me with $200.00 invoice then a week later charge $1070.00 in installation with out even quote you a price,then hit me again with another invoice this time of $1552.00 their techs lie to you and misleading you to enter into a contract installation in service that never been done,I will report this people federal trade commission,state utility regulatory agency do not buy or do any business this people are scammer......
