I contacted CTM legal group for a case and discussed it with them. They then had me fill out online all of the same information that was verbally discussed. After reviewing it twice it was decided they have too many cases and cannot assist. In the future when a client contacts you the first time and your workload is too high use an automated system to turn clients away until you find the business need to accept clients again instead of cherry picking what you can or can't address. My case is simple and would be easy to close as explained twice but I'll be taking my legal matter to a firm who has more availability.

Both Angie and Megan are fantastic. They’re both very patient with me, even when I ramble. They’re very knowledgeable, and professional. Even in this day of microwave life, we all want everything quickly. However these two attorneys have a way of explaining the process that makes sense(even when I want it done yesterday). I have never had an issue that CTM attorneys could not fix. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Intake Specialist Delbert Carillo is extremely pleasant and checks in with you throughtout the process. I felt so comfortable speaking with him. They even gave a very good discount to my low income mother of 3 girlfriend when she mentioned that her boyfriend is a local 727 member!
