When do you ever get to say you worked with a Lawyer you actually liked! (No offense!).
I had the privilege of working with Justine on two transactions in the past 18 months. The first for the sale of my condo downtown last summer, and most recently for the purchase of my new home. It's never easy dealing with sellers, buyers, agents and title companies. But Justine and Karen, her paralegal, were amazing to work with and made the process smooth and easy. Even when things went a little off course, they were both there to take care of it without making an issue or raising my concerns!! They had great communication, were able to walk me through the process without feeling talked down to, and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. It was just that easy! They also were true partners with my brokers in making sure everything went smoothly. (Both of my brokers were also impressed with the ease and professionalism from both Justine and Karen). If I could buy more homes just so that I could work with them again, I would!
