I have been a client of Chris Walsh for many years. My recent appeal was denied but in the letter Mr. Walsh stated if I obtain a favorable appraisal he would appeal it to the State Property Tax Appeal Board. What is disturbing is on October 13, 2022, at Mr. Walsh's request, I did obtain a favorable appraisal using the appraiser recommended by Mr. Walsh. I asked the appraiser to send it to Mr. Walsh. On November, 1, 2022 I wrote an email to Mr. Walsh asking if he had everything he needed from me including the appraisal/NO RESPONSE. I have written two emails and left a voicemail to ascertain if Mr. Walsh will be filing an appeal with the State Property Tax Appeal Board. NO RESPONSE. As a fellow member of the bar I find it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL not to respond.

They were terrible and did absolutely nothing for us. One had to look no farther than the comps next door on either side to us to see our assessment was off. After filling out paper with them I never heard from them again until I called after getting tax bill and finding out Walsh got us 0 relief. I even initially told Walsh that the homes next door on each side of us are 2 flat grey stones converted to single family, with more than twice square footage and have recently sold for likely double what our house is worth. One of these homes is assessed less than ours, which is unbelievable. They didn’t even use that information.

I felt we were very poorly represented and would definitely never use them again for anything.
