I have to say that the level of service, care, and attention that I have recieved from Ashley and his entire team is nothing short of outstanding. I was referred to Ashley in 2022 when one of my brothers had passed away in the UK and I needed to get home for his funeral. My case was in a real mess because nothing had happened in over 2 years, I had poor representation and my paperwork had just expired. I was super stressed given my circumstances. I live in the Virgin Islands and had a video consult with Ashley in Chicago. He listened to me to understand my situation, and immediately got to work. His knowledge is extensive and he and his team built an amazing case to present to Immigration. We refiled my petition from scratch and within 4 weeks I had a receipt from USCIS and was able to visit a local field office to get an updated Visa stamp in my passport. Everything is now back on track for me and I owe it all to Ashley Dworsky. My advice to anyone in need of assistance is run, don't walk. Ashley is the best there is and just one conversation with him changed everything for me. Thank you Ashley, to you and your whole team.
