When our organization had a challenging interpersonal conflict among team members, I asked around for mediation services in the St. Louis area, and one organization kept coming up: the Conflict Resolution Center.
Now I can see why. They have been super professional and helpful. The team members who participated in the mediation both expressed that they felt heard and that it was a helpful process.
