My wife and I were looking for a attorney to help us set up a "Trust". We wanted someone local, in the area. After meeting Nick the first time we knew we had our lawyer. Genuine, sincere, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to answer all our question, made us comfortable through the whole process and made sure we fully understood. Knowing the importance of having a revocable living trust and not just a will to avoid probate, I was searching for an attorney who could explain it better than me to my aging parents. After working their entire lives and only having an elementary education, they have a modest and simple estate. Just a few things of value: their property and their savings. It would be terrible to lose a lot of its value in probate to lawyers and the government. My parents didn’t know and they are limited in their English. So finding an attorney to explain this in Spanish posed a challenge. Just by chance, I was conversing with one of my fellow coworkers about estates and he mentioned that his brother, Dominic Villa, is an estate attorney - that so happens to speak Spanish. We met with Mr. Villa and he calmly and patiently explained what a RLT is and its importance to them in Spanish. He answered all my parents’ questions so there would be no doubt that having one is a must. He drew up the papers and when we came back to sign, he again, patiently explained what each document was for. Mr. Villa’s mannerisms and professionalism are exceptional. He is an attorney that the Spanish speaking community needs to safeguard our assets and estates. Many families with modest means need to set up RLTs and they don’t even realize it. I hope this review speaks to them so they can pass on their valuables down to their loved ones without worry or complications. Mr. Villa has the years of experience with the professionalism and empathy to make the process as smooth as possible. We highly recommend him and his services. Mr. Villa educated me very well on the pro's and con's of creating a trust. He wrote up all the required documents to create a trust very fast. He took care of the submission of these documents. My wife and I had nothing to fill out and nothing to submit or file. He took care of everything for us. His honorarium was very affordable and he didn't "nickel and dime" us. If you look for legal services to create a trust, look no further. Mr. Villa is excellent. He has my full endorsement.

Nick is wonderful to work with..., smart, friendly, down to earth, very fair with his fees.
