I had a very dissapointing experience trying to get support here for unpaid royalties from other companies. I was told by Jed that I was not earning high enough royalties to qualify for their help and repeatedly turned down. So...not a fan...prior to this they did help by sending a letter to a company for breach of contract but got no results.
