Called as a new client looking for quote on tax return service and was met with rude male receptionist. He said he didn't know because he's just a receptionist (fair enough), I asked to speak to someone who could answer my question and was refused to be forwarded. I was then told "tax refunds are not like tacos" and the person was very condescending. I recommend avoiding this place if you want professional / competent service.
