Brian, Jan and Barry were always professional, friendly and focused on giving us the best advice and service possible. They handled my father in laws estate with a will and my brother in laws estate that did not have a will , and both processes went as smoothly as possible. They were always concerned about the needs of the family. Fees were very reasonable.

I completely agree with Julie Duvall. We bought our home 5 years ago and Mr. Galloway was the attorney our realtor recommended. However, we paid original quoted price of $800 and at close we were left with a surprise. As we sat down to sign paperwork, Mr. Galloway told us we needed to pay an additional $1,065 for extra time and calls he made. If we did not pay, he would not sign and closing would not take place. We did not have the money, so he said pay or he would leave. As I cried he said "have you ever tried to sue an attorney?" I was in shock. He said we could pay half now and half in two weeks. All we wanted to do was buy our house. We paid the half and closing happened. Two weeks later I went into office and asked Jan if I could see Mr. Galloway. When he came out, he was shocked I wanted to give check to him personally. I'm glad it's over, but will NEVER return. This has made us never want to buy a house again. We tell everyone our story and the look of dumbfounded is what we always see. Jan from his office should not work with public. She is rude, uncaring and has zero compassion. If you want to feel low, just give her a call. She will make you think you are nothing. It has been 5 years and we still can't get over the wrong that was done. We hope this helps everyone to choose wisely. Our realtor was AMAZING! If it wasn't for his support we never would have gotten through.

I have worked with Brian for 10 years as a realtor I have found him to be an excellent attorney. I would not hesitate to refer my family to Brian. I thought I would put his Google review because I read the other two Google reviews and I don't find them credible. My photo on the review shows Brian is a good man. As for the others reviews only God knows.

One of the worst attorneys you'll come across. Had a reputation for milking as much money as he could out of his clients. Quoting his clients one price and then at a real estate closing doubling or tripling his fee. Run away and whatever you do, don't hire him.

My parents worked with Brian they were charged for 4 hours of work for a document change that couldn’t have taken longer than 20 minutes. Please find a better option.
