Mr. Deck is very thorough with everything he does. Making sure every i is dotted n t is crossed. He's also got a great personality. His head secretary is also a sweetheart and always is warm and inviting.

Just to let everyone know. Mr. Deck allowed my parents' estate of nearly $500,00 go to individuals NOT in the will while I was homeless on the street. I have PTSD and my inheritance was placed into an trust which he allowed to be STOLEN last November. So, John Blumenthal and Cindy G really have one purpose now..... taking the varnish off lumber at Menards. Take your business elsewhere!

Estate was settled in November 2023.Mr. Deck has failed to carry out what he was hired for. He is never available to speak with. Messages left with his people go unanswered. Frustrating!!!

These are very busy, high class,highly educated, attorneys at law, and unlike me, do not have time to talk to nobodies about trivial issues.
So, don’t bother them unless it’s something that they would feel is important. Important to them.
This is my opinion and is based solely on my personal feelings and opinion.

Did business with Mr. Deck on estate and will planning. He was extremely knowledgeable and took care of everything we asked for. He answered all of our questions, he was professional and pleasant. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a will or estate plan. Office personnel extremely pleasant and always answered our calls in a timely fashion.

I am concerned when an attorney hired to manage an estate of an elderly woman does not follow through in doing what he says - or at least in communicating when he doesn't do what he says when he say - habitually, to numerous people over the course of five years.

Lawyers who don't create transparency cause distrust. This can be avoided by clear communications, and consistent follow through - we didn't experience this with Gregory Deck.

More disconcerting is how he talked about the deceased (probably with meter on), saying his client was "sloppy" in the management of her affairs. Isn't that what you pay and expect your lawyer to do -- say derrogatory things about you after you die? So much for confidentiality.

I am so very close to filing official complaints, and opening an investigation on his practices.

Almost three years since my sister had passed. She had a will, but the estate still has not been settled. Mr. Deck didn't even appear at the last status check with the court.
