You depend on an attorney for advice, timely follow-through and communication, and delivery on their promises, right? Especially in the circumstance of purchasing real estate.

I was allowed only one 15 min phone call with Todd to discuss my needs before hiring him as my attorney for a real estate transaction. This started a long process of very little communication from him only via email- I could never get him on the phone. One week before closing I had still not heard back from Todd or his office on multiple items that were needed to finish closing on the house, items he agreed to do in writing as my attorney. I had to follow up requesting an update only 4 days from closing and at 3 days from closing he retracted his commitments and withdrew from the case.

Wow. Talk about lack of professionalism and from an attorney who is marketed primarily as a real estate law office?! Will definitely never work with his office again.

Whats worse than losing your father? Losing your father and entrusting this law firm to do basic math on a real estate transaction. Whats worse than them getting it wrong? Them then slandering your mother and family. Accusing you of pocketing the $317 fee you already paid, that his firm and title company partner failed to disperse to the appropriate vendors. If 0 stars were a possibility this man and his practice would deserve it.
