This review is solely based on intake, scheduling, consultation, and communication. I reached out on October 2nd in search of representation regarding an employment matter and received no response. It’s frustrating to take the time to sort through law firms, compose a detailed consult message, and then hear nothing back. In hindsight, I’m actually glad they didn’t respond, as it provided insight into how this firm operates.

Since many of the firm’s responses to negative reviews say, “we don’t see anybody named [insert name] having contacted us,” I want to clarify that I did reach out and have a confirmation as proof.

It was such a blessing to come across Elizabeth and FMCO law for my employment claim. From my initial phone call I could tell she was honest, genuine, and was always going to explain the whole situation to me. Even before I hired her to represent me she provided me guidance to help me through a tough situation. I always felt well informed and supported. When it came time for the end she explained all the possible situations for how things could possibly work out, so that honesty allowed me to think about the best course of action. I paid them $300 to review my discrimination case, and they stated maybe we will take the case. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with an attorney when they stated it was an hour. Then, they send me an email saying they're not interested in taking the case no reason why. The only information provided by the attorney is basic information that can is available online through a Google search. I recommend you don't pay them anything or recommend their legal services. Horrible! I found better attorneys to take my case.
